Job Description

Mudlick Mail currently has an opening for a Graphics Designer / Production Artist.   This position is responsible for creating working on the production layout of postcards primarily. Secondary responsibilities include designing collateral for magazines, tri fold brochures for in office use, etc.  This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for steady work.  Additionally, as Mudlick Mail grows, there will be growth opportunities for our team who support the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of projects including but not limited to: postcards, proposals, emails and other marketing collateral material.
  • Import and size images, apply style sheets, typeset copy and make proofing corrections while working within set templates and documents provided by the Management Team. 
  • Proofread and edit all postcards, proposals and other marketing collateral material for consistency, accuracy and grammatical integrity.  Must be a good speller.
  • Assist with the collection, identification, modification and cataloging of product or postcard related images

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or related experience
  • Prior experience using InDesign and operating within a Mac environment
  • Ability to work a 40 hour workweek (typically 9-5)
